Hi my name is Amy, Business Owner of That Fitness Chick Coaching Services. I am a fully Qualified Nutritionist and Fitness Coach working in the industry for 3 years now. I am committed to providing quality Nutrition & Fitness services that promote physical & mental wellness as well as personal growth. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where individuals can explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviours to achieve a balanced and fulfilling life.
